Data Description:
Includes the total amount of the total carrying value of all currently outstanding "Commercial and Industrial Loans to U.S. Addressees (1763)" (in domestic offices) with original amounts of $100,000 or less.
NOTE:
Reported by the FFIEC 031-034 reporters and the FFIEC 002 reporters (only by branches whose deposits are insured by the FDIC).
For the FFIEC 002 report, excludes those loans held in the branch's IBF. Also excludes all transactions with related depository institutions.
To be completed only as of the June 30 report date.
Beginning March 2010 the item reported quarterly.
If RCON6999 is 'yes' (1) then the bank will not fill out RCON5571, RCON5573, RCON5575 or RCON5565, RCON5567 and RCON5569. The values should be NULL.
If RCON6999 is 'no' (0) then the bank will fill out RCON5571, RCON5573, RCON5575 or RCON5565, RCON5567 and RCON5569. Some may have zero values.
In some cases a bank may respond 'yes' to RCON6999 but instead of leaving items blank the institution will zero fill the items. The FFIEC policy for data collection is to leave the zero values and not replace them with null. If analyzing data, it is suggested to replace any zeros with nulls if RCON6999 = 1.
