Data Description:
Includes only the aggregate amount of those types of "other off-balance sheet contingent claims" that individually equals or exceeds one half percent of the reporting institution's "Total Claims On Nonrelated Parties (2171)" (reported on Schedule RAL, column A for the FFIEC 002 report). If the branch or agency has no types of "other off-balance sheet contingent claims" that individually equals or exceeds one half percent of total claims on nonrelated parties for which the reporting is feasible and practicable, a zero or the word "none" is reported.
Includes as "other off-balance sheet contingent claims" such items as (a) securities lent, (b) excess servicing fees receivable on loans other than residential mortgages that are not permitted to be recognized as assets for purposes of this report but are recognized as assets in financial statements prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and (c) internally developed intangible assets.
Excludes all items which are required to be reported as claims on nonrelated parties on the schedule of assets and liabilities in this report (Schedule RAL) and contingent assets arising in connection with litigation in which the reporting branch or agency is involved.
