Data Description:

Includes the total amount of all commitments made to builders, owners, or purchasers of real estate to originate (i.e., close in the name of the reporting entity) mortgage loans of the types reportable in item 0446 that are outstanding at the end of the quarter, regardless of the quarter in which the commitment was made; and the total amount of all commitments made to originate nonmortgage loans of the types reported in item 1576 that are outstanding at the end of the quarter, regardless of the quarter in which the commitment was made.
