Data Description:

Includes the net unrecognized gain (loss) on all open futures and options contracts at the end of the month. If the amount to be reported is a net loss, report it as negative.

Excludes positions in forward commitments, reported in item 6004; and gains and losses on closed futures contracts that have been deferred and are reported on Schedule CSC, Consolidated Statement of Condition.
