Data Description:

Includes the principle balance of all whole mortgage loans and mortgage loan participations sold to other entities during the quarter.

Also includes sales of types of mortgage loans reportable in item 0446; loans sold in exchange for mortgage-backed securities; loans sold to FHLMC, FNMA, GNMA, and other federal agencies; and loans sold to trusts (including REMICs) issuing CMO's and other types of mortgage-backed securities.

Excludes sales of mortgage-backed securities; and mortgages collateralizing reverse repurchase agreements reported as borrowings.
