Data Description:

FHLB advances with fixed rates and a fixed maturity should be recorded in the column corresponding to the remaining time before maturity. FHLB advances with variable rates should be recorded in the column corresponding to the remaining time before the advance reprices.

FHLB advances that have a fixed rate and periodic principal repayment provisions must be "spread" across maturities according to the contractual principal repayments.
