Data Description:
Includes outstanding balances of all closed-end junior liens and revolving open-end loans on 1-4 dwelling unit property, reported in items 2687 and 2689, and any other junior liens, reported in items 0131, 0109, 0133, 0113, 0136, and items 1534, 3598 and 3599, net of loans in process reported in item 3067 and net of nonperforming loans reported in item 6496, provided that the reporting institution does not hold all prior liens. If the institutions holds all prior liens, these junior liens are reported in the appropriate first mortgage loan category on Lines H001 through H359 of Section H of the report.
Includes fixed-rate, balloon and adjustable-rate home equity loans that are originated primarily on the basis of the appraised value of the property rather than the creditworthiness of the borrower. Home equity loans that are originated on the basis of the creditworthiness of the borrower are included in consumer loans.
For fixed-rate loans, balloon loans or adjustable-rate loans at the maximum life cap, reported is the amount in the maturity column corresponding to its remaining contractual term.
For adjustable-rate loans not at the maximum life cap, reported is the amount in the maturity column corresponding to the next interest rate adjustment date.
