Also, includes loans to finance commercial and residential real estate activities, e.g., acquiring, developing and renovating commercial and residential real estate, that are reported in items 1606, 1594, 1978, and 1586 that are past due 30 thru 89 days and are still accruing.
Such loans may include, but are not limited to: (1) loans made for the express purpose of financing real estate ventures as evidenced by loan documentation or other circumstances connected with the loan; or (2) loans made to organizations or individuals 80 percent of whose revenue or assets are derived from or consist of real estate ventures or holdings.
