Includes all IRA and KEOGH plan deposits that are liabilities of an institution, regardless of size, type of instrument in which held, or interest rate paid. Also includes all deposits and retail RP's held in IRA's and KEOGH plans. Also includes, but not limited to, IRA and Keogh Plan deposits reported in the accounts described in items 6917, 2389, 6054, 6779, 6780, 6781 and 6782.
