A one-digit code indicating the frequency on which the respondent is reporting. For series having two report forms with the same frequency, the filing code also indicates the report form type. 1 = Annual (for BHCS, FNBK and SUBS this is the long form annual report) 2 = Quarterly 3 = Weekly 4 = Abbreviated (for BHCS, FNBK and SUBS this is the abbreviated annual report) Prior to December 31, 2002, title was "Frequency Code" and was a one-digit code indicating whether the data on the file is quarterly or annual. 1 = Annual 2 = Quarterly 2314 and 2314S Codes 1 = Annual Filer 2 = Quarterly Filer 4 = Abbreviated Filer This code was added to FORB as of 20061231.
