Data Description:

Includes the amounts outstanding of funds obtained through the issuance of obligations by affiliates and of funds obtained through the use of ineligible acceptances created on or before June 20, 1983 (except those sold to and held by exempt entities) and maturing in seven days or more. Also included are the amounts of all outstanding ineligible acceptances created after June 20, 1983 (except those sold to and held by exempt entities) and maturing in seven days or more. Includes all ineligible acceptances of the reporting depository institution known to be held by a Non-U.S. office of another depository institution or of an Edge or Agreement Corporation. Includes only nonpersonal obligations, including: 1. funds in which any beneficial interest is held by a depositor who is not a natural person, other than a deposit to the credit of a trustee or other fiduciary if the entire beneficial interest in the deposit is held by a natural person; 2. an obligation that is transferable, except an obligation issued before October 1, 1980, to and held by a natural person; and 3. an obligation that is issued on or after October 1, 1980, to and held by a natural person that does not contain on its face a statement that it is not transferable. Excludes all personal obligations. NOTE: Daily reporting for this item ended on 20030915 for EDDS, and 20030623 for QEDS. After those dates the item is reported only one day each year, in June (June 30th for EDDS, and the Monday reporting date in June for QEDS). Nonpersonal ineligible acceptances and obligations issued by affiliates maturing in seven days or more are a component of total reservable liabilities, and are used in the annual indexation of the reservable liability exemption amount.
