Data Description:

Includes the stated interest rate per annum (nominal rate before compounding of interest) on fixed rate instrument which has one rate of return over the life of the instrument and fixed term certificates which include accounts that (1) contractually mature (expired) at a specific date; (2) require written notice for a specific period before withdrawal (notice accounts), or (3) require consecutive monthly payments with balances less than $80,000 for 92 to 182 days.
