Data Description:

The stated interest rate per annum (nominal rate before compounding) on the largest dollar volume of deposit inflow on "Retail RP's (2799)" during the week ending on the survey date. The interest rates are reported to the nearest one hundredth of a percentage point. If more than one rate was paid during this period, report the rate paid on the largest dollar volume of deposits issued during the week. If a bank offered an instrument but no inflows were generated during the reporting period preceding the survey date, the rate the bank was offering is reported.
