Data Description:
The blow-up factor of bank to stratum, as part of sample, is determined by using Call data for both numerator and denominator.
The numerator is composed of total commercial and industrial loan values for all banks that fall in the stratum associated with the loan in question; such as all banks in stratum three if the loan was from a stratum three bank.
The denominator is composed of total commercial and industrial loan values for the responding sample banks in the same stratum as the numerator. (Approximately 60 banks.)
