Data Description:

Includes the total amount of ending balances for credit card accounts with finance charges during the period. On an individual credit card statement, this item is found in the field generally labeled "new balance." To obtain total balances in "revolved" accounts, a summation is made across only those accounts that a finance charge was assessed in the period.
