Data Description:
A code indicating whether corresponding data for item 3823 have reached $1 trillion. Null = Data have not reached $1 trillion. 1 = Data have reached $1 trillion. If the indicator is equal to a value of 1, the corresponding data for item 3823 is multiplied by 10 in the archival process. (Ex: item 3823 value of 1000000000 (10 digits) is transmitted as 100000000 (9 digits) and the trillion dollar indicator (this item) equals 1 (yes). NOTE: Beginning January 31, 1990, for series TCCA, TCCB, TCCC, TCCD, TCCE, TCCF, TCCG, TCCH, TCCJ, and TCCK item is "Terms for Second Tier of Outstanding Balance -APR Balance Range - To and includes the corresponding balance range (to the highest) for item 6261, showing dollars and cents. Reported in Schedule RC-L for the FFIEC 031 report. Reported in Schedule HC-F for the FR Y-9C report.
