0 = Not applicable
1 = Shares acquired in satisfaction of a debt previously contracted (BHC Act, Sect. 4(c)(2); 3(a)(5)(A)(ii); or Regulation K Section 211.(5)(e))
2 = Holding and liquidating assets acquired in satisfaction of a debt previously contracted (BHC Act, Sections 4(c)(2), 4(c)(5), or Regulation K, Section 211.5(d)6)
3 = Engaged in liquidating assets acquired from its parent bank holding company or its banking subsidiaries or from any other source prior to May 9, 1956, or the date on which the bank holding company became a BHC (BHC Act, Section 4(c)(1)(D))
