Data Description:
For a base entity with CHTR_TYPE_CD = 200, 250, 300, 310, 320, 340, 350, 360, 400, or 500 and CNTRY_CD = 1007, 1031, 1058, 1074, 1104, 1139, 1155, 60305, 61204, or 62502 these fields contain the entity's high holder ID_RSSD, PCT_EQUITY, and confidentiality status that meet the following requirements:
For each relationship in an upward tier, the following checks are made:
Relationships Table RELN_LVL = 1, EQUITY_IND > 0, and PCT_EQUITY > 50%
The highest level relationship that meets all of the above requirements will be used to set the following items:
FIN_HH_ID = Parent ID_RSSD
FIN_HH_PCT = PCT_EQUITY of the relationship
FIN_HH_SC = Most critical confidentiality status found
If none of the relationships meet the above requirements, then these items will be set to zero.
For U.S. branches and agencies of foreign banks (ENT_TYPE_CD = 9, 11, or 13), U.S. representative offices of foreign banks (EST_TYPE_CD = 14), or non-US branches that are managed or controlled by U.S. branches or agencies of foreign banks (EST_TYPE_CD = 15):
If the head office ID_RSSD has relationships, then for each relationship in an upward tier (from the parent ID_RSSD), the tests above (beginning with Relationships Table through the Attributes Table checks) are followed, and FIN_HH_ID, FIN_HH_PCT, and FIN_HH_SC are set as above.
If there are no relationships for the head office ID_RSSD of the base entity then these items will be set to zero.
