Data Description:
For a base entity with CHTR_TYPE_CD = 200, 250, 300, 310, 320, 340, 350, 360, 400, 410, 420, 430, or 500 and CNTRY_CD = 1007, 1031, 1058, 1074, 1104, 1139, 1155, 60305, 61204, or 62502 this field contains the entity's direct holder ID_RSSD with the largest PCT_EQUITY.
For the first relationship in an upward tier, the following checks are made:
Attributes Table: BHC_IND = 1 or FBO_4C9_IND = 1, 2, or 3
Relationships Table: RELN_LVL = 1, REG_IND = 1, CTRL_IND = 1, EQUITY_IND > 0
The direct relationship with the largest PCT_EQUITY that meets the above requirements will be used to set the following items:
REG_DH_1_ID = Parent ID_RSSD
REG_DH_1_PCT = PCT_EQUITY of the relationship
REG_DH_1_SC = Confidentiality status of the relationship
If the tier levels and the percentages are equal, then the earliest DT_RELN_EST will be the deciding factor in deriving these fields. The fields for the four regulatory direct holders will be derived until the percentages total 100%. The rest of the fields will be zero-filled.
