Beginning 12/31/01, reported for series "RCFD" and "RCON". Institutions granted trust powers by a state or national regulatory authority to administer accounts in a fiduciary capacity should answer "Yes." Institutions with trust company subsidiaries should also answer "Yes." Institutions responding "No" should not complete the remainder of this schedule. Fiduciary capacity generally means trustee, executor, administrator, registrar of stocks and bonds, transfer agent, guardian, assignee, receiver, custodian under a uniform gifts to minors act, investment adviser (if the institution receives a fee for its investment advice), any capacity in which the institution possesses investment discretion on behalf of another, or any other similar capacity. For state-chartered institutions, this schedule should be completed if the state has granted trust powers to the institution to offer fiduciary services as defined by the state.
