Includes the total amount of deposits purchased or acquired from other FDIC-insured banks and savings associations during the quarter ending with the report date without regard to the insurance fund to which these deposits are attributable. Excludes deposits purchased or acquired from foreign offices of other FDIC-insured institutions other than insured branches in Puerto Rico and U.S. territories and possessions.
NOTE:
Beginning 3/31/04, for series SVGL, you should complete this section for the first quarter in which you acquire Oakar deposits and in any quarter that you purchase or sell deposits, whether SAIF-insured or BIF-insured. You acquire Oakar deposits through purchase or merger of deposits insured by a secondary fund - for example, a SAIF-insured savings association purchases BIF-insured deposits.
