Data Description:
Includes the amount of recoveries during the quarter due to repayment of assets previously charged off. Items A638 always equal item 3871 which equals the sum of items 3894, 4862, 3900, 3926, 3934, and 3935. Therefore, items A638 and 3871 are automatically generated by the electronic filing software once 3894, 4862, 3900, 3926, 3934, and 3935 are entered.
NOTE:
Beginning 6/30/04, you should report any amount recovered during the quarter due to repayment of assets previously charged off. Refer to the discussion of recoveries in the general instructions to Schedule VA. item no. A638 always equals item no. 3871, and item no. 3871 is the sum of items 4862, 3900, 3926, and 3935. Therefore, once you enter item numbers 4862, 3900, 3926, and 3935, the EFS software automatically sums these and generates items A638 and 3871.
