Appendix D to Rule 15c3-1 sets forth minimum and nonexclusive requirements for satisfactory subordination agreements. The self-regulatory organization which has been designted as the Examining Authority for the broker or dealer may require, or the broker or dealer may include, such additional provisions as they deem necessary or appropriate to the extent such provisions are not inconsistent with the provisions of Rule 15c3-1.
