Report in column A the notional amount of all other off-balance sheet liabilities reported in Schedule RC-L, item 9, that are covered by the risk based capital guidelines. Also include in column A the notional amount of written option contracts that act as financial guarantees, which have been reported as derivatives in Schedule RC-L, item 11, but are treated as direct credit substitutes rather than derivatives for risk-based capital purposes.
