For purposes of determining whether a loan included in the seller's interests reported in item 6.a is past due, the reporting criteria to be used are the same as those for columns A and B of Schedule RC-N. NOTE: Reported on Schedule RC-S Securitization and Asset Sales for the FFIEC 031 and 041 reports. Reported on Schedule S for the FFIEC 002 report.
