Data Description:
Report all balances due from the top tier bank holding company or banking organization, all balances due from subsidiary banks (or their branches) or subsidiary bank holding companies of the top tier bank holding company, and all balances due from other subsidiaries of these organizations (including subsidiaries of the parent organization), on a gross basis.
Also, a special purpose subsidiary should report the loan made to the parent bank holding company with the proceeds from the issuance of trust preferred securities. Exclude all balances due to related institutions and include in item C380.
