Data Description:

For series RCFD and RCON, report the amount of fees and finance charges included in the amount of credit card receivables reported in Schedule RC-C, part I, item 6.a (column A on the FFIEC 031; column B on the FFIEC 041).

For the FFIEC 031 and FFIEC 041 report, this item is to be completed by (1) banks that, together with affiliated institutions, have outstanding credit card receivables (as defined in the instructions) that exceed $500 million as of the report date and (2) banks that are credit card specialty banks as defined for Uniform Bank Performance Report purposes.

For series BHCK, report the amount of fees and finance charges included in the amount of credit card receivables reported in Schedule HC-C, item 6(a), column A.

For the BHCK report, this item is to be completed by (1) bank holding companies that, together with affiliated institutions, have outstanding credit card receivables that exceed $500 million as of the report date or (2) bank holding companies that on a consolidated basis are credit card specialty holding companies.

Outstanding credit card receivables are the sum of:

(a) Schedule HC-C, item 6(a), column A;

(b) Schedule HC-S, item 1, column C; and

(c) Schedule HC-S, item 6(a), column C.

Credit card specialty bank holding companies are defined as those bank holding companies that on a consolidated basis exceed 50 percent for the following two criteria:

(a) the sum of credit card loans (Schedule HC-C, item 6(a), column A) plus securitized and sold credit card receivables (Schedule HC-S, item 1,
column C) divided by the sum of total loans (Schedule HC-C, item 12, column A) plus securitized and sold credit card receivables (Schedule
HC-S, item 1, column C); and

(b) the sum of total loans (Schedule HC-C, item 12, column A) plus securitized and sold credit card receivables (Schedule HC-S, item 1, column C) divided by the sum of total assets (Schedule HC, item 12) plus securitized and sold credit card
receivables (Schedule HC-S, item 1, column C).
