Data Description:

Report your average deposits and investments for the quarter based on the calculation explained in the Average Balance Sheet Data (Based on Month-End Data) on the TFR Instructions using interest-earning deposits and investments reported on items 0437, 0438, 0439, A299, 0621, 0440, C036, and 0441. Do not include mortgage loans and mortgage-backed securities included in item no. C540.

If you invest in adjustable rate products on which the interest rate has been reduced to zero as a result of market conditions, you should continue to report such investments in these averages.
