Data Description:
Report the carrying amount of "Other borrowings" (as defined for Schedule RC-M, item 5.b) that are secured. Secured "Other borrowings" include, but are not limited to, transfers of financial assets accounted for as financing transactions because they do not satisfy the criteria for sale accounting under ASC Topic 860, Transfers and Servicing (formerly FASB Statement No. 140, "Accounting for Transfers and Servicing of Financial Assets and Extinguishments of Liabilities," as amended), mortgages payable on bank premises and other real estate owned, and obligations under capitalized leases.
