Report in the appropriate column the total fair value of available-for-sale debt and equity securities as reported in Schedule RC, item 2.b; the fair values determined using Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 measurement inputs; and any netting adjustments.

SVGL - For each asset category where the amount on Schedule SC has been reported net of a related liability, and where the amount on this Schedule has been reported gross (that is, without regard to the related liability), report the related netting adjustment. In all cases, the netting adjustment will be negative. However, report the amount as positive, as the EFS software will subtract the amount from the total before netting to arrive at the Total, After Netting. These adjustments will align the amounts reported for assets on this Schedule with the amounts reported on Schedule SC.
