Report the amount of the institution's unsecured :Other borrowings" in the appropriate sub items DI645 or DI651 according to the amount of time remaining until their final contractual maturities. Include both fixed rate and floating rate "Other borrowings" that are unsecured. In general, "Other borrowings" are unsecured if the institution (or a consolidated subsidiary) has not pledged securities, loans, or other assets as collateral for the borrowing. Exclude "Other
borrowings" that are guaranteed by the FDIC under the Debt Guarantee Program component of the FDIC's Temporary Liquidity Guarantee Program.
