Report the portion of the balance sheet amount of closed-end loans secured by junior liens on 1-4 family residential properties revolving, open-end loans secured by 1-4 family residential properties and extended under lines of credit (in domestic offices) (as defined for Schedule RC-C, part I, items 1.c.(2)(b) and 1.c.(1), respectively) that is guaranteed or insured by the U.S. government, including its agencies and its government-sponsored agencies, other than by the FDIC under loss-sharing.

Exclude loans guaranteed or insured by state or local governments, state or local government agencies, foreign (non-U.S.) governments, and private agencies or organizations as well as loans collateralized by securities issued by the U.S. government, including its agencies and its government-sponsored agencies.
