How can I request to have a Board member speak at an event?

Speaking requests for Board members should be emailed to [email protected]. We will respond as soon as we can.

To make the review process as efficient as possible, please include the following in your request:

  • which Board member your request is directed to;
  • a brief description of your organization (a link may be provided) and the purpose of the event;
  • whether the event is open to the public and the media; and
  • details of the proposed format:
    • Is the event virtual, in person, or hybrid?
    • Is the invitation for the Board member to participate in a panel discussion or give remarks?
    • Is there an entry fee to the event? If so, please disclose the price.
