Posting of Examination Schedules
The Federal Reserve Board posts the schedule for two quarters of upcoming examinations of state member banks on its website 30 days before the beginning of each quarter, so that the public has the opportunity to comment on a bank’s performance. The same information is also published and accessible directly in the Board’s H.2. release, “Actions of the Board, Its Staff and the Federal Reserve Banks, Applications and Reports Received.”

Schedule Delays
In the event a bank’s CRA examination is delayed, the revised or adjusted schedule will be republished in the appropriate quarter.
Submitting Comments
Members of the public may submit comments on a bank’s CRA performance. The Federal Reserve takes these comments into account during a bank’s CRA examination, and shares any comments it receives about a bank’s performance with the bank to encourage communication between the public and bank. The time between examinations varies and may be as long as 48 or 60 months. If comments are received between scheduled CRA examinations, the comments will be held and considered during the next scheduled examination.
