Level and unadjusted transactions calculated by FOF Section as the portion of state and local governments' holdings of commercial paper (series FL213069103 ) and municipal securities (series FL213062003 ) that are issued by nonfinancial corporations. Estimate is based on the state and local governments' proportional share of nonfinancial corporations' issuance ( sum of FOF series FL103162000 and FL103162000 ), after taking into account other known from-whom-to-whom relationships.
